About Me
I am a postgraduate student and researcher working across the intersections of Development-Security, space logistics, and systems engineering. My academic focus is intentionally interdisciplinary, taking high-level strategic reasoning and applying it directly to low-level operational systems.
My Background
My academic journey began with a BA(Hons) in Security, Intelligence, and Cyber from the University of Buckingham, where I served as the Student Academic Representative for the Centre for Security and Intelligence Studies (BUCSIS). This grounded my background in threat analysis, critical national infrastructure, and development-security dynamics.
To bridge macro-strategy into quantitative system architectures, I am pursuing an MSc in Development, Environment, and International Politics at Newcastle University. My master’s research, “The Legality and Logistics of Nuclear Energy in Cislunar Environments,” serves as my stepping stone toward future research in Deep Space Mission Engineering. My objective is to take a Whole-of-Systems approach to the technical-operational divide, evaluating how known parameters and semi-fixed variables directly dictate mission execution, escape trajectories, and abort planning.
Current Work
Outside of my degree, I lead The SPARK Group (Strategic Pursuits in the Advancement of Research and Knowledge), an small collaborative research effort spanning open-source hardware, networking, and applied social security studies. When not analysing databases or navigating complex frameworks, I volunteer as a CFAV with the Army Cadet Force, supporting personal development and giving back to the local community.
Research Interests
Bridging the Technical with the Operational.
